Registration is available onsite and free to attendees.
Where can I pick up my badge?
Badges can be picked up at the registration booth the day of the expo.

When do doors open?
The Everything Scientific Expo is on Tuesday May 23rd, 2023 from 9 AM – 5 PM EST. Doors open starting at 9:00 AM EST.
Will vaccinations be required to attend the expo?
The Everything Scientific Expo will be following the federal vaccine mandates.
What are the mask policies for the event?
Face Coverings/Masks are recommended: The Everything Scientific Expo will be following COVID guidelines for Montgomery County, MD
Is there onsite parking?
Free parking is available onsite at the North Bethesda Marriott
Will a shuttle service be provided?
Yes! We will have multiple shuttles transporting attendees to and from the show. Please visit the shuttle schedule page for more information.
